Technical Support Engineer

IT Staff  can be a hard to find (and cost the earth). The rising cost of IT staff all with specialist skills and knowledge means you’re left wondering whether to muddle through or employ someone full time. Sometimes paying for support services means employing additional staff to cover sickness, busy periods or other environmental issues.

Using our day rates service means you only pay for the level and amount of support you require allowing you to share the expertise of IT specialists without employing them all full time.

If you’re unsure what network or server components you need to buy from us (or someone else if you must) why not use a business analyst or consultant. Likewise if you’d like some technical support onsite full-time for a while  - why not take an engineer or technician for a few weeks? Once you order, your staff will be with  you within 2 weeks (usually much quicker)  If you’d like to be invoiced, please  register and set up an account with us before paying a deposit. Please note travel costs are generally not included.
