Server Support

Silver Server Support  

Gold Server Support  

With new servers, decide which should have gold service and simply pay the difference. For over 20 servers, price reductions are available. The service provision is based on certain assumptions so please contact us or check the terms for more information. We can provide support for non-Naytaris servers at 1.2 times the cost and after a Naytaris server health check. Minimum order 3 servers. Does not include the cost of new hardware or software items unless still under warranty.*Service Affecting faults are loss of function of the primary service provided by the server.  Minimum order 3 servers.

Support can be a cost-intensive service to provide given the high cost of IT staff all with specialist skills and knowledge. Sometimes paying for support services means employing additional staff to cover sickness, busy periods or other environmental issues.

Using our support service means you only pay for the level and amount of support you require allowing you to share the expertise of IT specialists without employing them all full time!

With our fully managed support service you pay a service charge (annually or monthly) based on the number of servers on a silver (break/fix) or gold (all-inclusive) basis. We register them and provide technical support and troubleshooting.

A Naytaris remote access server (or, in the case of clients, remote control software) must be in place to provide support and the cost does not include hardware parts (unless still under warranty).

The service provision is based on certain assumptions so please contact us for more information. We can provide support for non-Naytaris clients at 1.5 times the cost, provided we can prove the client is functional before support take-on. Does not include the cost of hardware items unless still under warranty. Price reductions available for large volumes. Does not include chargeable user support.
