We dont have salesmen, only techies. We enjoy delivering solutions you will enjoy using, so we have no need to add extras which you'll never use
We try and negotiate discounts and bargains which we pass on to our customers. Occasionally we have to sell at full retail price due to licencing, but apart from that, we usually discount most hardware when buying in bulk
We use plain language to deliver solutions you need in the time we promise. We aim to deliver your solutions within days, occsaionally a week or two. Since all our solutions are patterns which we've tested, we can build and hand them over with training for you to look after. Of course, we're here when you need us. If it breaks, we'll fix it. If you've broken it, we'll still help you.
Set out in our price table for ad-hoc support. When not included with a solution we charge by the hour, day or week, whichever is cheapest. We dont mark up transport costs although we do charge travel time if we need to make a trip to you, which is rare.
Thats right. We dont charge you evening or weekend rates. Our staff work flexibly and tend to work whenever suits them most. Of course we need core cover and occsaional emergencies or high profile changes, but for the most part, we respond best to emails.
Well, we dont support business applications. While we can help with the infrastructure components and build and configuration with a team, we specialist in our solutions, meaning we dont have hundreds of customer business applications to support. Our focus is what we deliver our solutiuons. If you are really stuck we can probably help with the ad-hoc support rates, although we cannot guarantee a rapid solution.
That's true. All your data will be stored on the servers and storage we set up and hand over to you. We dont store any of your data, except in the delivery of our service to you.
We try and be as approachable as possible. If you're not sure if we can help you, simply drop us an email. We may be able to help you, but we dont charge for saying no!
