  • General Terms of Use of Website

    Practical Hosting, Practical IT Hosting, Practical IT Support, Practical Franchising, Practical IT Training and Practical IT Solutions are trading names of Naytaris, which is a trading operation governed by Law in England and Wales. These terms & conditions, together with our individual and booking terms, constitute our agreement with you, for the solutions and services we provide in relation to the purchases you make with us. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘you’ refers to the person making and paying for the solution or service or a representative we have agreed to deal with. Please note, although ‘you’ may refer to more than one person, we contract with all parties, but we will only be able to speak to the main purchaser in respect of personal, data or purchase information. Together, these are referred to as ‘our terms’. These terms shall apply to all contracts for the provision of our services to the exclusion of all other terms & conditions. No conduct by Naytaris shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of any other terms. Acceptance of the services or electronic purchase imprint/signature on any agreement shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms. We may change the terms from time to time and you are advised to check the website to consider any changes to the terms which apply to you.

  • Payment and Delivery

    a) Conditions of Use To be able to place an order you must: i) be over the age of 18; ii) be a business or personal IT user (which means you must be purchasing the Products for your own or your own business use). iii) provide us with all the required information that we need for us to be able to successfully complete your order which may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address, telephone number and payment details; and iv) be purchasing Products to be sent to an address where we are able to deliver. If you are outside the UK then we cannot provide you with services. b) Payment. Depending on the particular solution or service ordered, you will normally pay in full. Your chosen payment type will be charged when you submit your Order. Refunds will usually be made within 14 days and in the same way as the original payment. c) Make sure you provide the correct information. We are not responsible for any errors you make when you place your Order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you input and submit your Order details accurately and fully. If you are placing your Order via the Website you will have the opportunity to review your Order and to correct any errors before submitting it. d) Order acknowledgment. After submitting your Order you will receive an email order acknowledgment from us setting out the description of the solution or service you have ordered, but this is only an acknowledgment of your Order and not acceptance of your Order. Please note that, at this stage, no legally binding contract exists between us. We will usually assign you an order number at this point and it will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your Order.

  • Warranties and Returns

    Warranty information will be discussed after purchase based on the solution and service you have purchased from us. We may provide you with a separate hardware, software and labour warranty. This is to ensure the correct level of service is applied to each component

  • Travel and Costs

    Travel costs are included in all our estimates, quotes and prices. This assumes mainland accessible UK addresses have been entered as delivery addresses. Should additional unforseen travel costs be required, we reserve the right to recharge these costs to you the customer.

  • Providing Information

    You will provide all necessary information to complete your order and delivery and installation. Should we be unable to complete the onboarding of your solutions due to a lack of informatio, we may charge you our dayrates in reconfiguring the solutions after we receive the necessary information.

  • Data Protection

    All identifiable data remains in the UK and is available upon request. No data is retained for marketing or contact lists, other than web based statistic collection and use of cookies.

  • Safety and Liability

    You will provide us with a safe working environment where we are are working onsite. You will be liable for all physical security, power, networking and other dependent infrastructure in order to look after any equiment we have delivered.

  • Complaints

    Complaints will be dealt with individually and should be raised by contacting info@naytaris.com in the first instance
